be sold "as is not expressly warranted or guaranteed" Vehicles
not eligible for certificate of waiver and must be repaired to meet
emissions standards |

The buyer is responsible for all motor
vehicle and emission fees. Buyer will pay all costs for any repairs,
including emissions related repairs. United Road Services, assumes
no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements
about the vehicle. |

The buyer must register the vehicle
with the Motor Vehicle Department after purchasing it. The buyer assumes
full responsibility for transfer of ownership. |

A $200.00 refundable deposit must be
paid in order to receive a bidder #. You must have a bidder # to bid
on a vehicle. |
| 5. |
There is a $10.00 non-refundable fee
to be a visitor at our Phoenix location |
| 6. |
There is a 10% or $200.00 whichever
is greater renege fee. So be sure you want the vehicle you are bidding
on. |

You need to pay for and pick up or have
us tow the vehicle you were high bidder on by 4:30pm on Friday. |
