· WHEN AND WHERE ARE YOUR AUCTIONS?
We have an auction every Wednesday at 2956 W Osborn, preview is at 8 am and auction 9 am, every other Friday at 3401 S 39 Ave, preview is at 8 am auction 9 am, and the third Thursday of the month at 2830 W Osborn, preview is at 5 pm auction 6 pm.
· WHAT DO I NEED TO GET IN?
You need to have a $300 cash deposit and a picture ID to get a bidder number. By signing the bidder card you agree to the terms posted on the back of the card.
· HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CAR?
We take payments after the auction and will accept cash, credit card, or cashiers check. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED.
· CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS?
No, we cannot accept any partial payments
· HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PAY?
Two business days after the auction, on the third day there is a $25 late fee per car per day, and on the fourth day the management will relist the vehicle for the next auction. The $300 is not refundable.
· IS THE DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
Yes, if there is no purchase with your bidder number.
· CAN I TAKE A FRIEND WITH ME?
There is a fee of $10 for a visitors pass that is non refundable, a picture ID is required or they may pay for a bidder number and get the deposit back if nothing is purchased with that number.
· DO THE CARS RUN?
We try to start as many cars as we can, if they were started and moved forward and backward a few feet the windshield will have runs and moves on it. We do not start the vehicles during the Wednesday or Friday auctions.
· HOW MUCH DO THEY GO FOR?
It is an auction so it depends on who is there and who is willing to pay the highest bid.
· DO YOU HAVE KEYS?
If a vehicle has keys we will pass them onto you. Some vehicles we pay to have keys made and that fee will be added onto the purchase price. For vehicles that do not have keys, there is an independent locksmith on site for the auction who is reasonable with prices.
· DO YOU HAVE THE TITLE?
We have a title and will sign it over to the registered bidder
· CAN I LEAVE TITLE OPEN?
No, we will not leave a title open
· WHAT KIND OF GUARANTEE DO THEY HAVE?
All vehicles are sold as is, we offer no guarantee or warranty,.
· WHAT OTHER FEES ARE THERE?
There is sales tax and buyers fees;
$1-$1000 .. ..$30.00
$1001 - $3000 .$50.00
$3001 + 3.5%
Some vehicles may have key fees that apply.
· WHEN CAN I SEE THE CARS?
The gate opens one hour before the sale. 8 am on Wed and Fri, and 5 pm on Thurs. You must be registered as a bidder or have a visitors pass to view the vehicles.
· CAN I SELL MY CAR IN THE AUCTION?
Yes, you must have a title in your name with no lien holder. Consignment fees will apply.
· WHEN IS THE LIST AVAILABLE?
As soon as possible the list is posted to the website, with pictures if available, usually the afternoon before.
