| How much does it cost to register to bid? |
| Registering for the auction is free. |
| Do I have to have the full payment when I bid on the vehicle? |
| No. However, we do require a $100 deposit on the vehicle or 20%, whichever is more. |
| What kind of payments do you take? |
| We take cash and credit cards. |
| What happens if I am the final bidder on a vehicle and I don't have the deposit on me? |
| You will have to leave the auction and you will be put on a bad bidder list. You will have to pay a $200.00 deposit the next time you register for our auctions. |
| What kind of vehicles do you have? |
| We have vehicles that people have left at our yards after we towed them. They normally range from junker vehicles to nice family vehicles. |

| I see that you guys require a 100 dollar deposit or 20% payment on the car, but when does the remaining balance have to be payed by? |

| When Can I preview the vehicles before the Auction? |
| Saturday Auction - Friday's from 8:00am to 4:00pm Saturday's from 8:00am to 9:30am; Wednesday Auction - Wednesday's from 8:00am to 5:30pm; Thursday Auction - Thursday's from 8:00am to 5:30pm |
| Can I see how a car runs before I place a bid on it? |
| You can view our vehicles as posted on our auction information page. We will drive the vehicles through the auction so you can hear them running. |
| How many cars can I buy without having trouble with the DMV for reselling the cars that I buy? |
| You need to email Colin MacDonald at gauction@unitedroadtowing.com receive an answer. Anything related to rules and laws regarding auction vehicles need to be answered by Colin. |
| what is the starting bid? |
| The starting bid is based on the weight of the car, otherwise known as the scrap price. At our auctions the scrap prices ranges from $40 to $100. |

| I was wondering do you sell cars to the normal familly guy who is just looking for a car for someone in his family |
| All the cars we have go through our auctions and among those are some nice family vehicles you can bid on. |
| I have a car that I want to sell? Is there any way I canbring it to the auction and sell it there? If so what are the costs? |
| Unfortuately, we can't sell cars that people bring to the auctions. There is legal and processing issues involved. All of our vehicles have been towed to our yards and our auctions are our way to sell them off to make room for more vehicles. |
| I am interested in attending one of your auctions but it says on the auction info that I need a bidder card so how and when can I get one? |
| You can get a bidder card at the auction. Go to the registration desk and ask for a bidder card. |
| I am needing a motor for a truck I've purchased at the auction, can I purchase one from you? |
| We only sell complete vehicles. We don't sell parts. |

| Why are the pictures of the vehicles not for the upcoming auction? |
| We try our best to back sure the pictures are current. We have a program that automatically uploads the pictures to the website so it might not have assigned the right pictures to the right auction |
| Do you have to be a certain age to buy a car from the auction? |
| You must be 18 or older, or have a parent with you. |
| If you put the $100 or the 20% down on the car of your choice would you be able to drive it off the lot the very same day? |
| If you were the top bidder, you would have to pay the full amount for the car to drive it off the lot. |
| Is there another way i can purchase a car from you other than through auction,like on cars that were not bid on? |
| All vehicles are sold through the auction. |
| I want to start the bidding for more expensive items with a flash card, stating the opening bid, rather than starting at a $100.00, where a $2000.00 opening bid would be more appropriate. Are there any regulations on expressing large opening bids? |
| There is no law against expressing large opening bids. Actually, it is done quite a bit to "scare" other bidders, making them think they may as well not bid since the big bidder wants it so bad. Start at any amount you want. |

| Can the bidders use whistles, and or blow horns to catch the attention of the auctioneer and staff? I am not the only bidder who has lost a bid due to not being recognized trying to bid. |
| We have three pit men who use whistles to signify to the auctioneer when they have a bid. It may be disruptive to hear whistles in the crowd also. An air horn might work or other noise making devices. At times the auctioneer encourages the croud to toss pebbles at the pit crew if they miss a bid. Normally, those who don't wait until the last minute to post a bid, receive recognition. Wave your yellow card promininently. The object of the auction is to get the maximum amount for each car. |
| Why don't you get the pictures on the web site fast enough? |
| We can not create a list until the cars have been inspected sufficiently to see which ones run. Having one auction a week of 90-100 cars takes a crew a couple of days to prepare. We normally put the lists online 2 days before each auction. This prevents inaccurate lists which occurs if we have to take a vehicle off the auction. The pictures normally are put online the day before or 2 days before the auction. |
| Can a bid for several cars, or the whole fleet be proposed? For instance $50,000 for the entire lot of approximately 100 cars. |

| We can not switch names or addresses on paperwork that has been done and sent in for a title already. |

| We do not auction or sell cars for the public. |

| Are kids allowed to come with parents? |
| Yes but we ask you to keep your children with you at all times. |

| If you mean can someone buy their own vehicle that was impounded the answer is yes but you will still be responsible for the charges that have accrued on your vehicle. |
| Do you only sell the cars with peaple with license? |
| You must have a state issued ID of some sort. |
| Is a clear title guarenteed |
| We can not guarantee a clear title on every vehicle. We ask that you do not put money into the vehicle until you get a clear title because a small amount of the vehicles come back stolen and if we have to refund you money we will only refund the purchase price only. |

| We charge state sales tax. |
| After purchasing a vehicle I transport it back east. If it comes back with a paperwork problem, who will pay to get it transported back to Nevada? |
