AUCTION INFORMATION

The Goodbuy Auto Auction is operated by United Road Towing, Inc.

Thursday Auction
Every other Thursday afternoon vehicle preview is at 2:00pm and the auction starts promptly at 3:00pm. Our sales have a mixture of operable and non-operable cars. This auction is held at 6311 Centennial Blvd in Nashville, Tennessee

Auction Rules
1. All vehicles and their contents will be sold "as is not expressly warranted or guaranteed"
2. The buyer is responsible for all motor vehicle and emission fees. Buyer will pay all costs for any repairs, including emissions related repairs. United Road Towing, Inc., assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
3. The buyer must register the vehicle with the State of Tennessee Motor Vehicle Division after purchasing it. The buyer assumes full responsibility for transfer of ownership.
4. A $100.00 refundable deposit must be paid in order to receive a bidder #. The balance must be paid in full no later than 3:00 p.m., the Friday after sale day, or there will be a $25 late fee. Terms are cash or credit card only. You must have bidder # to bid on a vehicle.
5. United Road Towing, Inc. reserves the right to accept bids in any increments they feel is in the best interest of the sale. Bidding is done in minimum increments of $25 and maximum increments of $100. All opening bids are taken from the floor.
6. United Road Towing, Inc. and its representatives do not in any way guarantee the odometer reading to be actual, true, or correct.
7. United Road Towing, Inc. reserves the right to bid on any vehicle.
8. If you are going to bid, be sure you have registered. Do not bid with someone else's number. If you do, your bid will be cancelled. Each vehicle has a sale number which corresponds with the sale number on your purchase slip. Please make sure you bid on the correct vehicle. If you don't and you are the highest bidder, you must still purchase that vehicle. If you fail to purchase that vehicle, you will forfeit your deposit and you will be asked to leave and not return.
9. There is a renege fee of $300 from your abandoned unpaid balance. Renege fee is due by the next auction you attend in order to be able to register and bid again.
10. Paperwork is made out to the registered bidder with identification. No exceptions. Any vehicle not removed by 5 p.m. the Friday after sale day will be charged $20 per day storage.
11. If you need duplicate paperwork for a vehicle you purchased at the auction, there will be a $50 charge per vehicle.
12. There is absolutely no working on vehicles in the yard. Only one person per vehicle will be allowed in the yard. No exceptions.
13. Any person who removes parts or property from a vehicle prior to or during the sale will be asked to leave and not be allowed to return. Any vandalizing or theft, including removing of keys, will result in prosecution.
